The Dead See Us and Help Us: What the Mystics Revealed
Can our loved ones who have died see us? Do they know when we pray for them, when we bring a flower to the cemetery, when we light a candle? For All Souls’ Day, November 2nd, we answer the seven questions we all ask ourselves standing in front of a grave. We listen to the Church, which tells us what is certain, and to the mystics who met the souls in Purgatory: Natuzza Evolo, Maria Simma, Saint Faustina Kowalska, Saint Catherine of Genoa and Padre Pio.
Where do our loved ones go after death? Can they hear our prayers? Does Purgatory hurt, and how long does it last? Do they send us signs? Will we see them again? And above all: what can we really do for them? We talk about Holy Mass, the Rosary, forgiveness, charity, and the plenary indulgence for the dead from November 1st to 8th.
At the end we pray together. Write in the comments the name of a loved one who is no longer with us: whoever reads it will pray for them, and you will pray for theirs. 🙏
